When I try to open the properties tab in game controllers in Vista, it says: "There was an internal error that may be due to low system resources. But the config utility doesn't work under Windows Vista/7/8. It has got drivers and config utility (Sidewinder ControlĬenter 4.0) under Windows 98/XP. I have got an old MS Sidewinder Force Feedback Wheel.
